DTN Closing Grain Comments 09/17 13:43
Wheat Finished Mixed to Mostly Lower; Corn, Soybeans and Bean Oil Close
Higher
In very slow trade, December corn and November soybeans traded both sides of
unchanged before finishing with a slight gain. Wheat was mixed to mostly lower
after rejecting early morning strength. Soybean oil was the bullish exception,
finishing higher and getting support from lower-than-expected bean oil stocks
on the August NOPA and talk of frost/freeze damage in Australian canola.
